There is no Mexican who wasn’t sent for the tortillas as a kid.

A few coins from your mamá, a cloth under your arm, and the line around the corner just before la comida. You wait, and the machine keeps you company. Clic, clac, clic, clac. A sound that wraps around you. Hypnotic.

“Un kilo, por favor.” Onto the scale, into the paper, warm against your chest.

And then the best part: el taco de sal. One hot tortilla, a pinch of salt, rolled in your hand before you even leave. On a good day, you kept the change too.

This is the heritage we bring to Switzerland. Same taste, same story. Made here, by Mexican hands. 🇨🇭🤝🇲🇽
