El Catrin Geneva is one of the most beloved Mexican restaurants in Switzerland; a place where every dish tells a story of passion, tradition, and flavor. Their team puts heart into every detail, creating an experience that makes you feel right at home, no matter how far you are from Mexico. 🇲🇽✨

Since 2018, we’ve been working hand in hand with El Catrin, sharing the same love for authentic Mexican food. Their kitchen brings our tortillas, tostadas, and totopos to life in every plate, always with a touch of amor and creativity. 💛

We visited their restaurant in Geneva, where Gabriela Castellanos, co-owner of El Catrin, welcomed us into her kitchen to show us how she prepares one of their most popular dishes… enmoladas!. 🌮

With so much amor, Gabriela shared how she’s brought the true flavors of Mexico to Switzerland, always searching for ingredients that remind her of home.

Because when passion meets tradition, the result is pure sabor Mexicano. 🇲🇽🩷

MASAMOR’S FIRST RUNNING EVENT: 5KM OF PURE AMOR! 🌽✨

Yesterday was unforgettable. We celebrated Mexican Independence Day the best way possible: running together, laughing, sharing friendship, and filling the streets of Zürich with joy.

More than 60 runners joined us for this sold-out event, and the energy you brought made our very first race truly special. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💕

A huge thank you to .ch for opening their doors and hosting us after the race. It was the perfect spot to keep the celebration going, hand out Masamor tote bags filled with goodies from .ch and .ch, and enjoy a delicious Mexican brunch. 🇲🇽🌮☕

And of course, a big shoutout to for bringing their amazing runners and being part of this beautiful moment with us.

What happens to Masamor’s leftover tortillas? 🌽🍺

Since the beginning, .ch and .ch have shared a deep commitment to preventing food waste and honoring the traditions that make Mexican food so special. We believe that no tortilla should go to waste.🤍

That’s why we found a way to give our rescued tortillas a second life, transforming them into something just as crafted, just as full of character: La Güera del Barrio—an Organic Mexican Lager brewed in Switzerland from Masamor’s leftover tortillas. 🍺

Smooth, light, and perfectly balanced with aromatic hops, this craft beer is more than just a drink—it’s a toast to sustainability, to tradition, and to the flavors that bring us together. The perfect pairing for tacos, quesadillas, or just a moment of pure nostalgia.
