In the Rosario Valley, Earth Day is much more than a date; it is the foundation of our daily commitment. We understand viticulture as a living cycle, where biodynamic agriculture guides us to give back to the soil what it provides and to promote its vitality.

Alongside this, we recognize that every action we take, both as individuals and as a team, is crucial to preserving the natural balance of our land. This is why, among other initiatives, we operate a valley-wide waste collection center, have practiced vermiculture for years using waste from our restaurant and staff kitchen, maintain our own composting system, and generate renewable energy, among other efforts.

Today, we invite everyone to continue building awareness so that, together, we can care for our home—our valley, our land.

En el Valle del Rosario, el Día de la Tierra es mucho más que una fecha; es la base de nuestro compromiso diario. Entendemos la viticultura como un ciclo vivo, donde la agricultura biodinámica nos guía para devolverle al suelo lo que nos entrega y promover su vitalidad.

Junto con esto, sabemos que cada acción que realizamos como personas y como equipo es crucial para cuidar el equilibrio natural de nuestro campo. Es por esto que contamos, entre otras acciones, con un centro de acopio de residuos de todo el valle, realizamos lombricultura desde hace años con los residuos de nuestro restaurante y casino, contamos con nuestro compostaje propio y generamos energía renovable, entre otras iniciativas.

Hoy invitamos a seguir generando conciencia para así cuidar entre todos nuestra casa, nuestro valle, nuestra tierra.
