The best mess-free hack for crispy chicken cutlets 🤌

I took ground chicken cutlet recipe and made a few upgrades (and shout out to for the amazing rec!):

→ Cassava flour instead of regular flour (GF)
→ Lupin flakes instead of breadcrumbs (more protein + fiber, fewer carbs)

And honestly… I’m never going back.

The trick? Wet the lupin flakes with avocado or olive oil so they crisp up and basically fry in the oven 👏

✔️ super crispy outside
✔️ juicy inside
✔️ way easier than nuggets since no pan frying is needed (my kids devoured these)

Plus you’re getting ~6–8g more protein + 3x the fiber per serving compared to traditional cutlets. Such an easy upgrade!

Craving chocolate chip cookies but short on time? These came together in 15 minutes with just 5 ingredients… and they’re SO worth it 🍪

I swapped oats for lupin flakes and they turned out crispy, chocolatey, and perfectly satisfying. Even better… my daughter and I made them together and the whole batch disappeared fast.

Save this- you’ll want to make it again.

Recipe:
• 1 cup chopped nuts (I used a blend of walnuts and almonds but you can use whatever you have)
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1/3 cup Chef’s Kiss lupin flakes
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used )
• 1/4 cup condensed coconut milk

Mix everything together, scoop onto a lined baking sheet, and bake at 350°F for 10–13 minutes. Let them cool so they firm up and enjoy ✨

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we decided to bring back a fan favorite recipe - Protein Packed Mashed Potatoes 🦃

We blended our Lupin Flakes with real potatoes to pack in over 4x the protein of your typical mash—plus more fiber and fewer carbs. Same creamy comfort 😋 Way better nutrition 🤌

Recipe below:

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Chef’s Kiss Lupin Flakes
• 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes OR swap for one head of steamed cauliflower to make it keto friendly.
• 2 cups broth or water
• 3–4 tbsp olive oil or butter
• ¼–½ cup milk or plant milk
• Garlic (optional), salt, pepper, fresh herbs to taste

How to make it:
1. Boil chopped potatoes until soft (about 15 min) or steam cauliflower (about 10 minutes)
2. Simmer lupin flakes in broth for 5-7 min until fluffy.
3. (Optional) Sauté garlic in oil or butter.
4. Mash everything together with milk + seasoning until creamy.
5. Top with desired herbs and enjoy warm

Was craving a grain free granola so I brought my little helper to help me make one with Lupin Flakes! We used “The OG Nut and Seed Granola” recipe and just added 1 cup of lupin flakes! My recommendation is to cook in the oven longer so you get the flakes extra crunchy.

Recipe below 👇


Grain-Free Lupin Granola 🥣

Ingredients:
• 4 cups mixed nuts & seeds (pumpkin, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios)
• 1 cup Lupin Flakes (for extra protein + crunch!)
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• ½ cup flax seeds or h**p hearts
• ¼ cup + 2 tbsp olive or coconut oil
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1½ tbsp vanilla
• 1½ tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp cardamom
• 1 tbsp ground ginger
• 1½ tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• Optional: 1 egg white for chunkier granola

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly coated.
3. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake 1 hour, stirring halfway, until golden and crispy (go a little longer for extra crunch).
5. Cool completely before storing.
