Everyone told you Chilean w**e is made to drink young.

Last Monday in NYC, that myth finally collapsed.
At Tokyo Bar Record, the city’s top Master Sommeliers and w**e pros gathered for “Chilean Elders”, a rare and unique tasting of Chilean icons spanning 1995 to 2003.
The initial expectation was slightly dubious: would these 25-year-old bottles truly hold up?
First sip. The consensus was unanimous: The w**es were vibrant, structured, complex, and very much alive.

Hosted by critic Joshua Greene and W**es of Chile, paired with a stunning menu by Chef Ignacia Valdés featuring ArkaFjord - Ultra Premium Salmon and Kenoz.
