Happy Birthday, my love!🎂❤️😘 I can’t imagine doing this life with anyone but you. You are truly my everything and I can’t believe I get to spend 24/7 with you experiencing amazing places around the world. But I’d be equally happy spending 24/7 with you in the middle of nowhere. I just want to be with you, held by you, walking with you, talking with you, playing Sequence with you, sharing new ideas with you. Happy 59th birthday, Tim! Cheers to IRA access in 6 months🥂😂😉

The main reason we came back to the US right now is for our youngest son T.J.’s graduation. Most of our kids have now gathered at this Airbnb on the Hudson River after TJ took most of us on one last stroll through his educational home of the last 6 years…and took a couple of shots where it all started. I so clearly remember being on that first college tour with him so long ago. And tomorrow he graduates.

One of the things we loved most about Chile wine country was how personal many of the experiences felt. Several of the wineries were small boutique operations where we were the only guests there during our tasting.

In this video, we explore both the Maipo Valley and Aconcagua Valley, visit boutique vineyards and larger wine producers, enjoy amazing Chilean food, and experience one of our favorite travel days in South America.

This ended up being far more than just a wine tasting day.

Travel Day! We ended our lovely 5-day repo cruise from LA to Vancouver, BC and just finished an amazing lunch at Lion’s Pub—yummy wings with a variety of sauces and an Irish Cream Tiramisu which paired perfectly with both our shared wine and shared coffee. Relaxing way to wait for our Amtrak train to Everett, WA. Can’t wait to see Nico and Kennedy and baby Clayton😊

We had a lovely day in Victoria, B.C. today. I’ve always wanted to go to Abkhazi Garden, and have high tea in their tea house. Being Mother’s Day weekend they’ve been full on tea reservations for a long time but we still wanted to see the garden. Then Tim asked if there was any possible way for them to accommodate us and they set up a table outside, so I got a surprise treat from my love. How awesome is he? It was fabulous! We also toured Craigdarroch Castle❤️. [Thanks babe…you’re the best hubby ever😘]

Who knew Seattle has one of the busiest lock systems in the world? What?! It’s like a mini Panama Canal. We had such a great time observing and learning about the locks, exploring the attached botanical garden and seeing The adorable Scandinavian historical part of Ballard, WA. Of course we had to try out some craft beer…it’s the Seattle vibe.

After 2 full, wonderful days with our CA kids and grandkids, we are now boarding this ship from LA to Vancouver, Canada, where we’ll take a quick Amtrak into WA to see another precious Hudson family (we have 5 kids total…spread across the U.S.). We love using cruises as transportation!
