Tried steamed leopard coral grouper tonight.🐟Not exactly an everyday fish—it’s considered a luxury seafood in China. The flesh was unbelievably tender, and the simple ginger-scallion topping let the fish do all the work. Definitely one of the best steamed fish dishes I’ve had. 😍

The Serbian president recently visited and had a very local Chinese appetizer: Maodoujie (edamame).It’s one of the most common snacks to go with drinks in China. On nights, almost every street-side restaurant has a plate on the table.It's very“China”!😋
