Beijing Cheese Society No cheese in China, you say? Sure there is! The Beijing Cheese Society brings together cheese lovers in China's capital city.

Our tastings feature hard to find, artisanal cheeses from around the world, enjoyed by a diverse, fun-loving group of turophiles. Founded in November 2004 by Sharon Ruwart and Perry D**g, BJCS caters to dairy-deprived expatriates and also introduces many curious Chinese to global cheese culture. We have featured cheeses from the old world and the new, and found unexpected taste sensations from as
