White tea includes bai hao yin zhen( bai hao needle), bai mu dan, gongmei and shoumei. Baihaoyinzhen picked from 5th to 15th March; baimudan picked from 16th march to 20th April; gongmei and shoumei from 21th April to 10th May; each year is different as it mainly depends on the weather.
Bai hao yin zhen is one bud; baimudan is one bud one leaf or one bud two leaves; gongmei ang shoumei is two leaves one bud or three leaves one bud;
We used to select baihaoyinzhen to make sure each pc Is one bud no leaf after school when we were kids. That was hard time with precious memories.
Till now, we always have very special feeling about white tea.

this is from 2015yr natural wild early spring bai mu dan white tea picked up by my mother. Due to easy process way natural withering and sun dry, we could still see the green color leaves. Due to natural and wild tea tree, the tea leaves is bigger than tea garden. Due to wild tea, the taste is full natural aroma and mild taste and soothing fragrance.
