EID DAY COMFORT FOOD but make it EASY 😮💨🥩🌿
Made these crispy Beef Pockets using Humming Chef Hum Hum Sauce Mango Mint flavour and honestly this might be one of my favourite quick Eid recipes yet 🔥
Buttery toasted paratha pockets stuffed with juicy caramelized minced beef, garlic, onion, green chickpeas and that fresh spicy mango mint kick 🤌🥭
Fast. Comforting. Addictive.
✨ Recipe:
1. 250g minced beef (with around 20g fat)
2. 2 tbsp Humming Chef Hum Hum Sauce Mango Mint flavour
3. 1 tbsp butter
4. 50g Garlic
5. 200g onion
6. Salt & pepper (1 tsp each or according to taste)
7. 50g diced tomato
8. 100g green chickpeas
➡️ First sauté the garlic in butter because garlic takes a little longer to cook.
➡️ Add onion and cook for around 10 minutes until soft and lightly brown.
➡️ Add minced beef, salt & pepper.
➡️ Add 2 tbsp Humming Chef Hum Hum Sauce — Mango Mint flavour.
➡️ Cook for another 10–15 mins until rich, glossy and caramelized.
➡️ Add diced tomato & green chickpeas and sauté everything together.
➡️ Once the mixture becomes beautifully cooked down and slightly caramelized, turn off the heat.
➡️ Take instant paratha, fold it into a pocket, stuff the filling inside and toast both sides until crispy golden brown. 🔥
The mango mint flavour makes the beef taste fresh, smoky, spicy and ridiculously satisfying 😮💨
