The São Jorge PDO Cheese Aged 7 months is a product with a strong, clean and spicy aroma, obtained from raw cow’s milk, salt and rennet.

It is a cheese that can be savoured on a cheese board accompanied by an intense wine, so that there is a balance of flavours.

The São Jorge PDO Cheese Aged 12 months is a strong, clean and slightly spicy product obtained from raw cow’s milk, salt and rennet. Because of these characteristics, it is perfect to compose a cheese board and accompany with a liqueur wine or with a younger port wine.
