Pre-wedding cheer with a Cherry Negroni for dear friends ahead of their upcoming wedding in Italy! Brindo agli sposi e gli auguro una lunga vita d’amore🍒🥂🇮🇹 ❤️

🍹Cherry Negroni
* 3 pitted cherries (we used Amarena Cherries in syrup)
* 1 oz/30ml Cherry Liqueur (we used Rossio)
*1oz/30ml Julu Silk Road Gin
*3/4 oz/20ml Campari
*1/3 oz/10ml Sweet Vermouth
*cherry and orange peel garnish

Muddle cherries with cherry liqueur, stir in Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, add ice and stir. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish. Cheers!

🎉 Happy World Gin Day! Refreshing recipes to celebrate:

🌿 Basil Limoncello Martini 🍸
A slightly elevated, botanical take on the classic lemon drop.

Ingredients:
* 30ml Julu Dry Gin
* 30ml limoncello
* 15ml fresh lemon juice
* simple syrup (to taste)
* 2-3 basil leaves.

Make:
Clap the basil leaves to release their oils, add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, shake and double-strain into a martini glass.

🌿🍋🍾 Basil Limoncello Gin Spritz
A sparkling, bubbly twist that is perfect for summer picnics or brunch

Ingredients:
In a wine goblet- Same as Basil Limoncello Martini ⬆️ PLUS:
* 90ml Prosecco or Champagne, and a splash of club soda.

Make:
Build directly in a wine glass with ice, gently stir, and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Great tasting of Julu Dry Gin and Silk Roads with — served up with a few of their signature cocktails and an incredible pork belly over a silky edamame crema.

Shoutout to Anne for making a flawless classic ‘The Line’ cocktail with Julu Silk Road, finished with a fermented shallot garnish that brought the whole drink to life. A delicious herbal rich, slightly sweet, and botanical cocktail 🤩🍸

The Line
* 1 oz/30ml Julu Silk Road Gin
* 1 oz/30 Bénédictine
* 1 oz/30ml Italian (sweet) vermouth
* 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled, strain into a chilled coupe. Lemon peel twist and a savory garnish.

🥒 Cucumber— the secret to the ultimate summer cooler. We’ve blended its fresh, cooling power into a delicious summer cocktail.

· 8 slices of cucumber rounds
· 1/4 tsp of peppercorns
· 50ml Julu Dry Gin
· 25ml simple syrup
· 25ml lemon juice
· Soda Water
· Lemon and cucumber slice for garnish

STEPS:
-Add the peppercorns to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release their flavor.
-Add the cucumber slices and muddle again until lightly crushed.
-Pour in the gin, sugar syrup, and lemon juice.
-Briefly muddle once more to combine.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
-Strain into a rocks or highball glass with ice.
-Splash of Soda Water.
-Garnish with lemon and cucumber slices.
