Dispatches from Sinan Road in Shanghai, on this edition of Drink This, we are checking out a discreet bar inside a historical building.

The drink: The Amethyst Sour made with Peddlers Gin, lemon juice, grape liqueur, citrus notes, and mint bitters, bringing forward the Peddlers signature botanicals, Buddha’s hand citrus notes and some cool East Asian mint. 60ml Tang Hulu Street Candy Gin
20ml Triple Sec
15ml Lemon Juice

Shake with ice, strain into glass, garnish with an orange twist.

Ambitious and nostalgic? A little Tang Hulu Margarita will certainly warm up your in-laws this holiday season.

30 ml Tang Hulu Street Candy Gin
30 ml Blanco Tequila
15 ml Triple Sec
20 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Agave Nectar
A couple of fresh strawberries (or 30 ml strawberry purée)

Blend gin, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave nectar, strawberries, and ice until smooth and slushy. Garnish with some Tang Hulu and strawberry

45 ml Tang Hulu Street Candy Gin
15 ml Ginger Sugar syrup
20 ml Lime juice
Top with Ginger Beer or soda with a splash more ginger sugar syrup

Build over ice in rocks glass and stir, garnish wth Tang Hulu + Mint + Lime
