材料:
· 紅酒:1瓶 (750ml,無需高級酒款)
· 橙:1顆 (切片)
· 丁香:8-10粒
· 肉桂棒:4-8根 (喜歡肉桂味可以放多點!)
· 八角:5-10顆
· 甜味劑:蜂蜜或黃砂糖 (約45-60克,請按個人口味調整)
· 秘密武器:少少缽酒 (Port Wine,加進去風味更濃郁醇厚!)
做法:
1. 燉煮香料: 將紅酒、橙片、丁香、肉桂棒、八角全部放入中型鍋中,用小火慢慢加熱。
2. 關鍵時刻: 切記不要煮沸!維持在鍋邊微微起小泡泡的狀態 (約60°C),慢煮15-20分鐘,讓香料味道充分釋放。
3. 調味:關火後,加入蜂蜜或砂糖,攪拌至完全溶解。
4. 加入秘方:倒入「少少缽酒」,輕輕攪勻。(缽酒本身很甜,加了之後甜度可能增加,請留意)
5. 過濾享用: 用細篩網過濾掉所有香料和果渣,將熱紅酒倒入耐熱的杯子中。
6. 裝飾: 可以用預留的橙片和一根肉桂棒裝飾,趁熱快快享用,暖身效果最好!

Instructions:

3. Sweeten: Turn off the heat. Add honey or sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

5. Strain & Serve: Use a fine-mesh strainer to remove all spices and fruit solids. Pour the mulled wine into heatproof glasses or mugs.
