Let’s walk through the classic processing workflow:
Fresh leaf → Steam fixation → Leaf beating → Coarse Rolling → Middle Rolling → Fine Rolling → Final drying
The fine rolling machine shapes tea leaves into Sencha’s iconic form.
Nowadays, many producers are rushing into Tencha & Matcha manufacturing.
We planned ahead and built multiple dedicated Sencha production lines, supporting both EU conventional grade and EU Organic certified Sencha.

Touring the time-honored white tea factory in Fuding with our clients 🤍
We are visiting our unique full pinewood workshop with clients, witnessing the traditional white tea sieving and resting process. As the final step of white tea withering, sieving & homogenizing directly determines the tea’s final flavor, style and appearance — a rare craftsmanship rarely seen in modern tea production.
After full withering, tea leaves are gathered and settled in the all-wood workshop. We conduct professional pile homogenization and classification according to different tea grades, stabilizing moisture and unifying leaf texture. This meticulous traditional process shapes the mellow taste and superior aging potential of authentic Fuding white tea.
Adhering to traditional handcrafted techniques is how we preserve the purest flavor of authentic Fuding white tea.
