It was a pleasure hosting Sam Carson at on his coffee origin trip here in Antioquia ☕️🌱

As Sam builds — transforming an old horse stable in rural England into a roastery grounded in relationships and transparency — these moments at origin are essential. They’re about meeting the campesinos behind the coffee, understanding our land, and building something meaningful from the ground up.

During his visit, we spent time sharing the work of , alongside the producer associations we collaborate with across the region:

Antioquia: The Heart of Colombia’s Coffee Story

In our mountains of Antioquia, coffee took root more than 250 years ago. Jesuit priests first planted the seeds, and generations of smallholder farmers transformed this land into one of the birthplaces of Colombian coffee.

From these same slopes, our story continues.
Today, works in alliance with ADERCAFÉ (Asociación de Desarrollo Rural y Caficultores del Suroeste) and six farmer associations across the southern coffee belt — each preserving history, culture, and community through their work:

UK Cupping Week 🇬🇧

This week, we’re proud to see our Pink Bourbon from Támesis and Castillo Honey & Natural lots from Jardín and Jericó cupped in the Midlands of England 💪☕

in Cambridge & Shepreth hosted a vibrant cupping session. Known for their seasonal brunch, live music, and mirrorball vibes, they’ve built a strong community around quality, creativity, and specialty roasting.

We’re also working together with an exciting new project in an old Northamptonshire stable. Sam Carson, the founder, is carefully crafting every detail of the roastery from renovating the space to fine-tuning roasts and sharing the journey with his audience.

This builds on the connections we made during the London coffee festival earlier this year.
