Today we closed the sacred quarantine of our postpartum time.
Such a precious and ancient tradition and yet in modern society, it has almost been forgotten how deeply important this time truly is.

The postpartum period is not only about recovery.
It is about arriving.
Arriving into a new family constellation.
Allowing the body to heal after birth.
Giving the baby the time to gently land on Earth.
Introducing this new soul to the land,
to the animals,
to the rhythms of nature,
to the heartbeat of home.

In a world that moves fast, that pushes us to hurry, to perform, to continue Choosing to slow down, to hold a sacred container IS almost a revolutionary act.
Because raising a new generation of conscious Humans begins here,
in stillness,
in presence,
in connection.

During this quiet and sacred time, we experienced so many revelations.
Deepening our bond with the land, with our animals, and as a family, we felt something new emerging.

And from this space, a beautiful decision was born:
Even earlier than expected, we are opening our homestead doors again — twice a week — to welcome people, to inspire, to share, and to connect.

Welcome to the new edition of Farm to Table.
A space of connection.
A space of slowing down.
A space of remembering.

We are more than happy to receive everyone who resonates with this vision.
Happy to have you here.

Three weeks ago today, our son Séma arrived here on the land. Born at home, surrounded by nature, held by the rhythm of the earth, the animals, the fire, and the quiet strength of our family.

Even now, three weeks later, it still feels surreal to write these words. So much has shifted. So much has opened.
His arrival was not only the birth of our son it was a ceremony, a rite of passage, a return.

With Plan B, our journey has always been about reconnecting , to the land, to natural rhythms, to intuition, and to a more conscious and sovereign way of living. This birth became a deep embodiment of that path.

We feel deeply grateful that we walked the path of an unmedicated, sovereign, free birth guided by intuition, trust, and the deep connection with our baby from the very beginning. From before conception, through wild pregnancy, into this powerful moment of birth this was a true co-creation between mother, father, baby, and life itself.

Birth is a portal between life and death, between who we were and who we are becoming and in that space we were reborn. Reborn as parents, reborn as a family, reborn into a new chapter of living even closer to the earth.

At 8:15 am on March 8, Séma arrived .

Wild. Primal. Honest.

From his very first breath, he felt deeply connected to the land, as if he already knew this place, as if he chose it, as if he arrived exactly where he was meant to be. We feel incredibly grateful for the loving presence of our beloved friend and doula , her partner Will, and their son Ilayah, who held space for us in this profound ceremony of life.
Their grounded and gentle presence became part of this sacred moment forever. 🤍

Three weeks in, we are slowly arriving in this new rhythm held by our families, nourished by friends bringing food, and surrounded by so much love and care. This gentle and supported postpartum time has deeply touched our hearts and allows us to rest, integrate, and bond as a new family.

Thank you, life. Thank you, Séma.

Thank you to everyone holding us in this new beginning. 🤍

We are entering our birth cave.
As we are approaching the end of this pregnancy, we have made a very conscious decision:

For the next weeks, we will not be holding any workshops, retreats or ceremonies.

This birth asks for our full presence.
It asks us to slow down.
To listen.
To soften into what truly matters.
Today we held our final Farm to Table workshop, and it felt deeply aligned to close this chapter with such a beautiful group of humans. It felt complete. Sealed with gratitude.
Now it is time to turn inward.
To enter deeply.
To listen to the whispers of our baby.
To the messages carried by the trees and by the land.
To the animals surrounding us.
To the subtle guidance that only becomes audible in silence.

We are choosing to bring this little being earthside, here on the land with devotion and clarity.
Birth is sacred.
Postpartum is sacred.
And we want to fully be inside of it, not divided between worlds.
For this sacred window of birth and integration, we will close the farm and step away from hosting, so we can truly be present.

This is not an ending — it is a gestation.
As we move through our own rebirth as parents, we already feel new creations forming quietly beneath the surface. New workshops. New expressions. New ways of gathering.

We will return in a few weeks/ months — transformed, rooted, and renewed.

Thank you for honoring this pause with us

Closing the Year 2025 at Plan B

Closing this year was not about celebration.
It was about honesty.

2025 at Plan B was a year of coming back to the basics and learning what it truly means to run the farm on our own. We restructured gardens and workspaces, adjusted our workshops, and listened more closely to what this land and this time were actually asking for.

It was also a year of slowing down. Sharing meals, working side by side, and letting the rhythm of the land shape our days as a family.

Anne focused deeply on private sessions, cacao ceremonies, and the ongoing exploration of "El Portal del Corazón", reconnecting again and again with intuitive listening and the subtle fields that open when humans, animals, and land truly meet. Alongside this, the work with the horses and animals continued to deepen in a quiet and steady way, guided by listening rather than doing.

Pim held the daily life of the farm, keeping things running, while also being on the move installing angel beehives in other places and weaving a growing network rooted in respect for bees, land, and reciprocity.

We planted many new trees, cacao across the land, explored new recipes and new formats, and built a simple but essential stable for our horses. We also began shaping a space for horse guided healing that will continue to unfold.

There was growth and there was also letting go. We said goodbye to two of our dogs whose presence still lives in this land. We experienced the powerful visit of a jaguar, a reminder of what it truly means to live within nature.

Alma grew into her own rhythm here, becoming a natural part of the life on the farm.

And as we close this year, there is one piece of beautiful news we carry with us into the future.
Our family is growing.

We step into the year ahead grateful and grounded, with open hearts and excitement for all that wants to emerge on this land and within our lives.

This is more than a workshop, it’s a lived experience.

A full day on our mountain farm, walking through our gardens, understanding how food is grown with respect for the land, and discovering the delicate intelligence of stingless bees and their essential role in a healthy ecosystem.
It’s about inspiration through example.
About conscious living, simplicity, and nourishment — on every level.
And yes… it ends at the table, with a delicious five-course Farm-to-Table lunch made from what the land offers.

Slow food. Real life. Deep connection. 🌿

Dry season is here and with it, something new. The whole family works together, preparing the land and the gardens for the summer season, el verano.

As the land exhales and the gardens come into their most vibrant expression, we have created a renewed Farm to Table experience for you. Thoughtful, seasonal, and deeply rooted in place. Welcome to Farm to Table Edition 4.

This journey begins not at the table, but in the soil. A guided walk through our gardens with Pim opens the day, weaving together indigenous wisdom, permaculture science, and lived experience. You will explore how plants interact, support each other, and shape an ecosystem that is both resilient and abundant. A quiet lesson in conscious living.

Then, we gather to eat.

This edition holds a special significance. After a long personal journey, Anne has transitioned from a (radical) vegan path into conscious omnivory. A choice guided by listening, integrity, and reverence for life. Understanding and embodying to live embracing the cycles of life. This evolution has opened new creative ground in our kitchen.

For the first time, our fine dining five course tasting menu includes ethically sourced animal proteins, thoughtfully paired with the fresh abundance of our gardens. Every element is handmade, organic, seed oil free, preservative free, and prepared with care. Food that is refined yet deeply honest.

Luxury here is not about excess, but intention. Elevated flavors, grounded techniques, and a menu shaped by patience, creativity, and a profound respect for ingredients and their origin.

And of course, no immersion into our ecosystem would be complete without meeting our stingless bees. You will taste their high frequency, medicinal honeys. A quiet reminder of the intelligence and generosity of the forest.

Come spend a morning with us. Walk, taste, learn, and reconnect with food as a living relationship.

🌞 This is how a (sun)day feels at Plan B…

The day begins when the sun comes out—
with the rustle of feathers and the padding of paws.
About 60 chickens and turkeys greet the morning light,
🐶🐱 the dogs and cats gather with bright eyes—
they know Sundays mean home-cooked joy.. lecker bonebroth rice, sneaked in veggis and a lot of love.

We feed, we greet, we collect rainbow-colored eggs—
each one a little miracle of the morning.
We thank the horses with hay, dugar cane, mangos and a gentle touch.

And then, we breathe.

Because here, on the land,
we’re learning to slow down.
And in that slowing, something magical happens—
we start to feel again.
We begin to listen.
To the rhythm of nature.
To the quiet call of what truly matters.
To the heartbeats around us.

Sundays are when we take this to heart—
the one day we slow down even more,
to savor, to delight, to connect.

Breakfast is a family ritual,
crafted by Anne and little Alma—
fresh fruit, jungle flavors, love on every plate.

The girls dive into arts and crafts,
coloring the morning with imagination,
while the horses wait for a gentle walk or ride.

Later, the river calls.
We follow barefoot trails to the waterfall behind the house,
letting its song carry us into stillness.

As evening comes, we gather for a shared meal,
not hurried, not distracted—just present.
✨ And we close the day by the fire,
watching sparks dance into the night sky,
wrapped in stories, laughter, and starlight.

This is a (sun)day at Plan B—
not just a pause,
but a remembering.
That when we slow down,
we find ourselves again.

Welcome to our sanctuary.
Welcome to our cacao forest.
Welcome to our sanctuary.

The frequency of enoughness
is the rhythm of the Earth.

Living in the lush jungle of the Sierra Nevada has taught us this truth again and again:
Abundance is not something we chase —
it’s something we remember.

Here, the land overflows.
Mangoes fall freely.
One avocado tree feeds many.
The river never questions if it gives too much.

The Earth doesn’t hustle —
she trusts her cycles.
And when we root ourselves in her rhythm,
we begin to remember that we are nature too.

We’ve been conditioned to believe abundance is about getting more —
more wealth, more status, more security.
But that’s the scarcity matrix.

True abundance is presence.
It’s connection.
It’s the quiet joy of knowing:
I am already held.

This is a reflection from our jungle life,
from the heart of the world and a sharing from our heart ❤️ —
an invitation to return to your own natural flow,
to let the Earth remind you:
You were never separate from abundance.

Living side by side with our indigenous brothers and sisters from the Wiwa tribe has gifted us one of the deepest teachings:

There is no separation between us and Mother Earth.

Oneness isn’t a concept—it’s a way of being, lived in every single cell, embodied wisdom.

This wisdom has become the foundation of our life, our farming, and our connection to the land.

Yesterday, something beautiful happened again—la Jaba Cecilia, the radiant elder with the heart of an angel, came with the children. She asked for medicine for her grandson’s fungal infection on his toes (happens and comes a lot with the rainy season in the Sierra… and a life in rubber boots).
We gave her some of our angel bee honey—one of the best remedies for fungal infections.
So deeply grateful for our bee allies and the potent medicine they offer.

Anne gave them some peanuts to snack (and they loved them soooo much), so Pim showed them how to plant peanuts and gifted some seeds and the Jaba (mother) got so excited to grow her first ones.

The joy in her eyes, the sparkle of life, the unspoken understanding—it’s all part of the sacred exchange.
It is beautiful and touching to learn from the elders—
not many words are needed. Simplicity and heart connection is what speaks more than words.

And it's not just us who get excited to share time and knowledge with them—
even more so our wild pig Chimene, who joined our family last year, gifted to us by our Wiwa brothers (actually by a wiwa sister...)
Whenever she sees la Jaba, she does a little dance of pure excitement.

This is the ancient future.
Connection beyond words.
Living the teachings.
Walk what you talk.
