We are safe 🇨🇴

23/07/2026

World of Coffee in Brussels may have been the official stop, but this trip was about so much more. As the material finally comes in, we’re looking back on a journey shaped by conversations, cuppings, shared ideas, and meaningful time with friends and partners across Europe.

A few stops along the way:

🇷🇴 Bucharest: sharing ideas and heading to the mountains with the Saint Roastery team.
🇧🇪 Brussels: full days immersed in World of Coffee.
🇨🇿 Prague: visiting our friends at Naughty Dog and Fathers Coffee Roastery.
🇫🇷 Paris: cupping high-scoring coffees at Bonjour Jacob.

A special thank you as well to the Falcon Coffees team for their hospitality during our time in Paris. Spending time with partners, clients, and friends across the coffee chain always reminds us how much this work is built on relationships.

We came back with a stronger network, better insights into European market demands, and our ongoing commitment to better bridging origin with amazing roasters.

What an intense, productive, and inspiring few days at WOC Brussels! 🇧🇪

Morning runs: The best way to hit the pavement, clear our minds, and connect with the global coffee community before the expo floor opened.

Coffee’s Value in Action: A huge highlight was seeing our CEO, Valentina, take the stage to share early lessons from one of the first global pilots putting the SCA How-To Guide into practice on the ground.

At the cupping tables: Cupping and having direct feedback from our partners and roasters on our current origin portfolio.

Thank you to everyone who ran, cupped, and joined Valentina’s session. Brussels, you were incredible!

Did we run together, attend the talk, or share a cupping? Let us know in the comments! And if you’re in the EU, UK, Asia, or the States and want to secure your next coffee lot, our DMs are officially open. 📲
