In 2025 we were rated for having the best Chile Guaro on the Nicoya Peninsula. Chile Guaro is a spicy tomato based shot with Guaro. Come have a shot and take advantage that the bitterfly garden is now open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-4:30pm.

Urban house climbing!! 4th edition of urban house climbing where climbers compete to climb walls in the town of Artesa. Fun Catalan experience. Afterwards you can try your luck and climb empty beer cases. Wifey made it 22 cases tall.

My first celebration of Saint Jordi in Catalunya! Its a day to celebrate love and culture. Men buy the woman a rose and women buy the men a book. The streets are full of stands selling roses and books. I picked a book written by a local Catalan author from Artesa, a small town where my wifes family is from. Drank a double malt beer Voll-Damm. Normally pretty malty but was surprisingly smooth.
