We’re so excited to be hosting a special PATA fundraiser right here at Sámara Brewing Company! ❤️

PATA does incredible work rescuing, feeding, protecting, and caring for animals throughout our community—and Green Season is one of the times they need our support the most.

So we’re bringing everyone together for an afternoon and evening of plants, live music, great food, drinks, raffles, and community to help raise some much-needed GREEN for PATA! 🌿💚🐾

🌱 FUNDRAISER STARTS AT 3:30 PM
Come shop beautiful plants while supporting an even more beautiful cause. Every plant purchased helps PATA continue caring for animals in need.

Maddy & Alan will be performing along with some special guests!

👩🏻‍🍳 Conozcan a la Chef Kassy ❤️

Algunas personas descubren su pasión por casualidad. Para la Chef Kassy, todo comenzó en la cocina de su mamá y de su abuela, donde nació su amor por la cocina y por los sabores tradicionales de Costa Rica.

Nacida y criada en Sámara, Kassy es una de las talentosas chefs principales de Samara Brewing Company. Con 31 años, continúa estudiando gastronomía porque cree que siempre hay algo nuevo por aprender y una técnica más por perfeccionar.

Aunque ha trabajado tanto en salón como en cocina, no tardó en descubrir dónde estaba su verdadera pasión. La cocina se convirtió en su lugar favorito.

Para Kassy, cocinar es mucho más que preparar comida.

“La cocina es mi vida. Cada platillo que preparo lo hago con amor para que las personas sientan el cariño y la calidez de un hogar.”

Su platillo favorito de nuestro menú son las Brochetas de Alambre, una deliciosa combinación de carne, chorizo, tocino, chile dulce, cebolla y nuestra salsa especial. Es un platillo lleno de sabor y uno de los que más disfruta preparar.

Si nos visitas por primera vez, la Chef Kassy te recomienda probar nuestras Enchiladas de Pollo o las Flautas de Pollo. Le encantan por sus sabores auténticos, sus deliciosas salsas y el equilibrio perfecto entre lo crujiente y lo tradicional de la cocina mexicana.

Cuando no está en la cocina, disfruta escuchar música, compartir con su familia y amigos, y relajarse en casa. Pero cada vez que se pone el delantal, su objetivo es el mismo: que cada persona que nos visite disfrute de una comida inolvidable y se sienta como en casa.

Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de contar con la Chef Kassy como parte del equipo de Samara Brewing Company. Su dedicación, humildad y pasión se reflejan en cada platillo que sale de nuestra cocina.
