Newco Dubrava Livestock Dairy Farm L.L.C

“Newco Dubrava Livestock Dairy Farm L.L.C” is the new name for the privatized “Dubrava Dairy Farm – Istog”, that took place in December 2011, which was in existence since 1950’s. The Farm is located in Dubrava village of Istog Municipality and possesses significant assets on which to build its business and include:

- around 5000 sq meters of (reasonably preserved) stables and 11 fenced boxes of

total 1 hectare, sufficient to house up to 500 milk cows or 1000 meat calves;

- approximately 330 hectares of land with good irrigation possibilities, sufficient for feeding its livestock;

- a complete infrastructure, composed of (reasonably preserved) 6 silos of a total of 3000 tons of storage capacity and mill/grinder for animal feed grain concentrate production;

- sufficient facilities for animal feed storage, including 3500 sq meters of covered buildings and reservoirs of 8000 cubic meters for maize silage;

- high capacity drinking water supply;

- a stable electricity supply through its own transformer unit located in its compound;

- underground fuel tankers of sufficient capacity; and

- reasonably preserved agriculture machinery;

In addition the Farm possesses a complete infrastructure for concentrate production, composed of 6 silos of a total of 3000 tons of storage capacity and a mill/grinder.
