🍰Jedno zanimljivo pivo koje smo nazvali u šali SCHWARZWALD CAKE MILKSHAKE. U pitanju je sour sa višnjama i borovnicom, a u fermentor sam dodao još cacao nibs, kako bi dobio malo čokolade u pozadini, naravno tu je i laktoza koja mu daje još kremastoji ukus koji potseća na tortu....
Malo sam zakasnio sa objavom jer se dobar deo popio još na , tj. Na skupu kućnih pivara u Čereviću. Kažem deo jer je točilica zaštopala 😬. Biće uskoro još zanimljivih SOUR-a, dolazi leto🍻🍒🍇🍫🧁🍰🍮🎂🥧🍦....One interesting beer we jokingly named SCHWARZWALD CAKE MILKSHAKE. It's a sour with cherries and blueberries, and I added cacao nibs to the fermenter, so that it gets a little chocolate in the background, of course there's also lactose, which gives it an even creamier taste reminiscent of a cake....
I'm a little late with the announcement because a good part was drunk at CHAOS OPEN, ie. At the gathering of home brewers in Cerević. I say part because the tap fell 😬. There will be more interesting SOURs soon, summer is coming....
