We’re excited to be part of Curaçao Dine-Out Week, and we’ve created a special 3-course menu at Quatre Vins featuring some of our favorite flavors.

Start with Ceviche of Golden Corvina or Pâté de Campagne, followed by Canard à l’Orange or Kandra Tiki & Shrimp, and finish with a delicious Lava Cake or Tarte Tatin. 🤍

All this for just CG 99 per person.

I think the chefs have truly outdone themselves with this one. Beyond its stunning color, they’ve brilliantly drawn on their fermentation expertise, using kombucha to create a highly original take on ceviche with a perfectly balanced flavor.

The first instinct is to drink the ceviche marinade straight from the plate. The second is to immediately order another one.

You have to taste it to believe it. Chapeau!!!
