Stop! Don’t panic! I’ve got you 🎄✨

Christmas is tomorrow and if you’re feeling the pressure, take a breath. I’ve got a simple dish you can still make without stress: a creamy pumpkin soup, ready in 45 minutes.

While the pumpkin is cooking, you’re free to move on to your other dishes. No constant stirring, no complicated steps. Just let it simmer and do its thing. This soup is incredibly flexible too: keep it vegetarian for a light, comforting starter, or add crispy bacon bits for extra flavor and a festive twist.

This is exactly how holiday cooking should feel: calm, practical, and forgiving. One pot, simple ingredients, and a dish that tastes like you planned everything weeks in advance.

So pause, breathe, and remember: you don’t need perfection. You just need food that warms people up and brings them together. And this soup does exactly that. 🥣✨

On Wednesday, I went live to show how simple your Christmas menu can be: Without stress, without standing in the kitchen all day, and without sacrificing flavor. This is one of the highlights from that live: a Spatchcock Chicken with roasted vegetables of your choice, potatoes, and plantain.

Everything goes on one tray, straight into the oven for 45 minutes. That’s it. While the oven does the work, you’re free to focus on your starter, appetizers, or simply enjoy a moment to yourself (yes, that’s allowed during the holidays 😉).

This is exactly what I believe Christmas cooking should feel like: relaxed, intentional, and still impressive. No juggling ten pans, no last-minute chaos. Just smart planning and food that brings everyone together.
