Started lunch with Kechris Retsina Afros in al it’s deliciousness!!!
Then it’s pork chop with Tatsis Angel’s peak Negoska 2013 open yesterday b4 lunch decanted by 1pm minutes ago!!!

Sipping a Yianoudi... anticipating for my food. A pork chop. Spears to still be very young, intense red-black forest fruit touch, bitter chocolate, sleek acidity, which balances it out, a spicy element and oak on the background. The 2014 might be the winery’s first production. It needs time. I would love to re-taste it in 3-5 years. Oops I ate it....
