Join us for an exclusive evening dedicated to the w**es of Spanish w**emaker Santiago MartĂnez Polo, a boutique producer crafting expressive w**es from carefully selected high-altitude vineyards across Cyprus.
This guided tasting will explore the philosophy of minimal intervention w**emaking, indigenous & international varieties, and the discovery of what the w**emaker calls “magical vineyards” — rare sites that consistently produce extraordinary fruit.
Expect w**es defined by Mediterranean identity, precision, and authenticity, produced in very limited quantities.
