From our family, our culture and the travels we make, we experience food and sometimes we stumble upon some commonalities in what we eat. Usually consisting of a meat or plant-based ingredient, blended and mixed with all
sorts of herbs, spices and baked or fried, served in a pitta, on pasta or as a side dish with the final goal of putting pleasure in a small rounded object! We’ve started with a fe
w different ones, the most famous being the falafel, but we’ve added the classic keftedes and halloumokeftedes and some newer ideas like
beetroot bites or a delicious mix of chicken, quinoa and sweet potato. We will also be coming out soon with sweet recipes for that late-night munchie so watch out for this page.
