On Sunday, it’ll be ten years since we moved to Cyprus. We had no idea how long we’d stay, and we certainly never imagined we’d awaken the Golem here. He’s taken us on quite a ride 🚴‍♀️ Sometimes he huffs and puffs💨, wears us out and keeps us up at night. Other times, he’s gentle and well-behaved, and brings us so much joy.

So here’s to the next chapter, Golem friends!🍻

PS: Golem is a long-time nickname of Michal, our brewer. The name also recalls the classic legend of the golem, a hand-formed figure brought to life to serve a community. Or bring people together through great b**r! 😃🍺🍺🍺
