🇫🇮 FIRST BREWERY ANNOUNCEMENT: TUJU

We’re starting off with a banger 🔥🔥

Coming all the way from Lappeenranta, Finland, Panimoyhtiö Tuju & Taproom has built an international reputation for bold, modern beers brewed with traditional techniques, all served with a healthy dose of dad jokes and a badass attitude. 👊

We first discovered Tuju through their unique branding and their incredibly interesting takes on a diverse range of well-established beer styles. Since then, we’ve shared beers, festival stages, and a passion for horrendous karaoke performances. 👨‍🎤🎤

In 2024, we collaborated together on Deathspresso, a 10% Imperial Coffee Stout inspired by one of our favourite death metal albums. We later poured the beer together at the legendary Billie’s Craft Beer Festival in Belgium. 🧟🍺

Fast forward to today, and we’re proud to welcome Tuju to pour for the first time ever in Cyprus for the first edition of Brewing Ritual 2026.

Uncovering secrets which were never meant to found... 🐀📖

The next chapter of our “Sacred & Profane” Series takes us back to the events before “Inquisition.” Following the trail of the plague, a young woman ventures into the depths of an ancient monastery, where the dead guard a secret that predates the Empire itself. 🧟‍♂️⚔️⛪️

Presenting “Crypt Infester”: a 6% ABV Fruited Sour. 🍺

Guava, pineapple & lime unleash a tropical burst against the darkness. Juicy guava and ripe pineapple bring a delicate sweetness, sharpened by bright lime acidity for a tart and intensely refreshing finish. 🍈🍍🍋‍🟩

Among the crypts and the swarms of rats, she finds the book the monks died protecting. Its pages are filled with forbidden symbols and the knowledge behind the spreading pestilence. She now holds the power to end it, and that is how her tribulations begin…

In the next chapter of our "Sacred & Profane" Series, we descend into a medieval witch hunt. Faith and superstition become indistinguishable, and the line between martyr and monster is drawn by those in power. ⛓️⚔️

A lively blend of mango, lychee & coconut delivers a vibrant tropical profile, where bright acidity gives way to layers of juicy sweetness and a smooth, creamy finish. 🥭🥥🥭

As the plague ravages across the lands, so too do the rumours of its source. Accused of carrying an ancient curse, one woman is cast into the depths of a well where many of her kind met their end. But the darkness itself will embrace her. What was meant to be an ex*****on becomes the beginning of something far more terrifying. 🐀🧟‍♂️🌑

Every reckoning begins with a prophecy...

The next chapter of our "Tainted Salvation" storyline reaches back to the gunslinger’s roots. Before he met the Devil, and before vengeance became his calling. His father witnessed the fate that awaited his son, leading to a maniacal revelation. 😈☠️

🍻 Presenting "Legacy of Sin", a 8% ABV, DDH Double NEIPA.
Loaded with Eclipse, Lotus, Enigma & Idaho-7, this beer unleashes endless waves of ripe tropical fruit, candied citrus and juicy stone fruit, swirling in its resinous depths and accompanied by a subtle floral complexity. 🥭🍊🍑🌺

A vision of the future reveals a child destined to walk through unimaginable suffering before returning as an instrument of divine judgement himself. Faced with this prophecy, faith gives way to madness, and salvation is born from the ashes. 🔥⛪

🚨🚨August Release 1/4🚨🚨

The summer sun can be relentless, and so are the demons trying to drag you down into their hellish inferno. 🔥😈

“Ironbound” is our very first seasonal Summer beer, designed to combat blazing days, endless sessions, and to make you stand up when the only way forward is to ride head first into the whirlwind of chaos. ⛓️⚔️🛹

A 4.2% ABV Session Hazy IPA which is bright, juicy and endlessly crushable. Bursting with tropical fruit, vibrant citrus and wrapped in a smooth haze with a crisp, refreshing finish. 🥭🏝

Our first seasonal release marks the beginning of four new beers landing this month… stay tuned for the rest 👀

🚨🚨 COLLAB RELEASE 🚨🚨

Back in March, we visited Scottish mixed-fermentation legends 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 at their base in Dundee for a collaboration brew… and you already know that something big came out of it!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇨🇾🖤

We brought a taste of Cyprus to Scotland in the form of Commandaria, the oldest named wine in the world. King Richard the Lionheart himself proclaimed it as “the wine of kings and the king of wines”. 🍷👑

And this is how “Blood Reign”, a 7% ABV, Barrel-Aged Flanders Red Sour came into existence. Mature stock beer was aged in red wine barrels soaked with Commandaria, and blended with young stock beer aged in stainless steel. The two were then blended together, fermented and conditioned on dried figs.

Feast upon this noble banquet of a beer, rich with a complex vinous character and notes of stewed plums, figs, dates and balsamic vinegar.

🚨🚨 APRIL RELEASE 4/4 🚨🚨

Forged together. Built over time. ⚔️

“AXEGRIND” is a collaboration with our long-time friends over at . This is a project shaped by two years of shared pours, ideas, and a mutual obsession with craft done right, whether it’s beer, food or coffee.
👊🖤

For this one, they roasted the coffee themselves, and dialled it in specifically for this beer.

A deep, dark and uncompromising Mocha Stout at 6% ABV. Bold coffee leads the charge, backed by rich cacao and smooth roasted malt, unfolding into a full mocha profile with a balanced bitterness and a clean, satisfying finish. ☕🍫

As you imbibe this beer, time is measured not in sand, but in coffee beans. And when the moment is right… the blade falls.
“AXEGRIND” is a reflection of that mindset: time, attention, and craft.

Brewed with friends, and best experienced together. Stay close as we have a special event in store for this release. 👀
