exceptional wines from Cyprus's indigenous grape varieties like Maretheftiko, Xynisteri, Yiannoudi, Vasilissa, and Promara. Utilizing cutting-edge wine-making facilities and technology, we strive to encapsulate the essence of these unique grapes. Central to our ethos is the belief that the true essence of outstanding wine originates in the vineyard itself. Do you wonder what Pét-Nat is? 🍾✨

Short for pétillant naturel, it’s one of the oldest ways to make sparkling wine. Bottled before fermentation finishes, the bubbles are created naturally inside the bottle, giving a soft, lively sparkle.

Fresh, slightly cloudy and beautifully unfiltered, it’s a wine that feels as real and vibrant as the moment you open it.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging slowly in oak barrels, careful tastings along the way, blending, resting and finally bottling. It’s a long, detailed process shaped by patience, precision and time.

All the small steps come together for one reason, to create a wine worth the wait.
