Creamy, dreamy, and perfectly green —
my Matcha Cheesecake is here to make your day a little sweeter 💚🍰
Soft, mellow matcha flavor + silky cheesecake
= pure happiness.
Matcha Dessert Series No.4 🌿✨

Ingredients (23cm pan)

☆Crust☆
Cocoa biscuits (or Oreos) 223g
Milk — 23g

★Filling★

Cream cheese 500g (room temp)
Sugar 185g
Matcha powder 12g
Egg 117g (2+1/2 M size eggs, room temp, beaten)
Heavy cream 350g
Cake flour 28g

1. Crush the biscuits, mix with milk, and press into your pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk cream cheese and sugar until creamy and dreamy.
3. Add matcha powder and mix until beautifully green.
4. Add the beaten egg little by little, then pour in the heavy cream in two parts.
5. Mix in the cake flour.
6. Pour the smooth green batter into the pan.
7. Bake at 160°C for 40 min until softly set.
8. Cool slowly with the oven door slightly open so your cheesecake stays pretty and crack-free.
9. Chill completely in the fridge ❄️💚

Matcha Mochi Brownies 💚🍫
Crispy on top, gooey and chewy inside — the magic of matcha × mochi strikes again.
This is the second treat in my Matcha Mochi series, and it might be even more addictive than the first…✨

Matcha Mochi Cookies 🍵🍪💚
Crispy outside, chewy mochi inside — a dreamy combo of matcha and white chocolate!

You’ll need:
Butter 80g (room temperature)/ Sugar 60g / Egg 1 / Flour 120g / Matcha 10g / Baking powder 1g / White chocolate 30–50g
Mochi: Mochiko 50g / Sugar 15g / Water 70ml / Butter 3g

Mix cookie dough & chill.
Microwave mochi mix→ stir until it turns sticky and smooth → stir in butter → make 6 balls.
Wrap mochi with cookie dough & bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 mins.

Fresh = crispy & chewy.
Later = soft & rich.
