Crunchy Burger Bowl 👇

➡️ Ingredients for one bowl:
80g high-protein pasta (made from red lentils)
150g lean ground beef
1 pickle
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
1 handful of iceberg lettuce
Optional burger sauce:
1 tbsp light ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp pickle juice
➡️ First, cook the pasta until al dente, then toss it in the air fryer with paprika seasoning and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
➡️ In the meantime, brown the ground beef and finely chop the lettuce, pickle, tomato, and onion.
➡️ Then all you need to do is assemble your bowl and, if desired, top it with burger sauce.
