DOC is the big region.

Superiore DOCG is the steep hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

Cartizze is a single hill — about 107 hectares — inside them.
Swipe for the three places, how the bubbles get in, and which one to pick.
Save it for the next time someone says “just get a Prosecco”.

One grape, one village, and 38 months before it’s even allowed out.
Rivetto’s Barolo comes from Serralunga d’Alba in Piedmont.

Only Nebbiolo, with at least 18 of those months in oak.

Open it an hour before dinner and pair it with lamb kleftiko or a good aged cheese.
