Το οινοποιείο Χατζηχαραλάμπους ξεκίνησε την παραγωγή εμφιαλωμένου οίνου το 1996 με περιορισμένο αριθμό μπουκαλιών, με σκοπό την παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας οίνου. Από τότε που ξεκίνησε τη λειτουργία του, ο αριθμός παραμένει σταθερός για κάθε παραγόμενη ποικιλία. Η παραγωγή περιορίζεται στις ποικιλίες λευκού ξηρού Chardonnay, ερυθρού ξηρού Cabernet Sauvignon, ερυθρού ξηρού Syrah και ροζέ ξηρού Syrah από τους Αμπελώνες του κτήματος Χατζηχαραλάμπους στο χωριό Στρουμπί της Πάφου.
