Markos Smoky Meat is a small, homely, traditional artisan smokery developed as a result of a true passion for the taste of meat and the production of various high quality, low volume smoked products. Our home-made products include smoked sausages, ham (ζαμπόν), bacon, pork tenderloin (λούντζα), ribs (παϊδάκια), Italian Violin Prosciutto, halloumi and fish! O
ur meat comes from our local butchery which is supplied from a farm where the meat is grown in a natural way that eliminates artificial supplements. To achieve a deep flavour for the meat, during the smoking process we use natural wood chips (oak), which enhance the individually selected seasonings during the slow smoking, turning our products into an experience of unforgettable pleasure.
