🎉LA CUCINA ITALIANA PATRIMONIO DELL'UMANITÀ UNESCO
Oggi e’ un giorno importante per le culture italiana e cipriota. UNESCO ha riconosciuto la Cucina italiana Patrimonio culturale immateriale dell’Umanità! L’Italia diventa così il primo Paese al mondo ad ottenere questo riconoscimento, che onora il ruolo della cucina italiana nel rappresentare non solo l’alimentazione della nostra pen*sola, ma anche cultura, tradizione, lavoro e ricchezza tenendo sempre a mente qualità e sostenibilità. Questo primato ci inorgoglisce, anche perché è stato sancito all’unanimità!
👉Inoltre le nostre congratulazioni vanno a Cipro per l’inclusione del vino Commandaria nella lista UNESCO!

🎉ITALIAN CUISINE IS NOW NOMINATED UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE!
Today is an important day for the cultures in Italy and in Cyprus. UNESCO has recognized the Italian Cuisine as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity! Italy thus becomes the first country in the world to obtain this recognition, which honours the role of Italian cuisine in representing not only the food of our peninsula, but also culture, tradition, work and wealth, while always keeping quality and sustainability in mind. This record makes us proud, also because it was voted unanimously!
👉In addition, our congratulations go to Cyprus for the inclusion of Commandaria wine in the UNESCO list!

Σήμερα είναι μια σημαντική μέρα για τον Ιταλικό και Κυπριακό πολιτισμό. Η UNESCO αναγνώρισε την ιταλική κουζίνα ως Άυλη Πολιτιστική Κληρονομιά της Ανθρωπότητας!
Η Ιταλία γίνεται έτσι η πρώτη χώρα στον κόσμο που λαμβάνει αυτή την αναγνώριση, η οποία τιμά τον ρόλο της ιταλικής κουζίνας στο να εκπροσωπεί όχι μόνο τη διατροφή της χερσονήσου μας, αλλά και τον πολιτισμό, την παράδοση, την εργασία και τον πλούτο, έχοντας πάντα ως γνώμονα την ποιότητα και τη βιωσιμότητα.
Αυτό το πρωτείο μας γεμίζει περηφάνια, και ακόμη περισσότερο επειδή εγκρίθηκε ομόφωνα!
👉 Επιπλέον, τα συγχαρητήρια μας απευθύνονται στην Κύπρο για την ένταξη του κρασιού Κουμανδαρία στη λίστα της UNESCO!
