The Amazing World Of Food Food and food culture from around the world

After spending the last five years travelling to different parts of the world, I wanted a way to share what I was experiencing with everyone. Originally I had conceived that creating a cookbook would best serve this purpose, although I soon came to realize that a “cookbook” gives the notion of originality or a “spin” on what someone else has already created.. Rather than just creating my own “spin

”, I wanted to share the best of what I found in my travels and what better way to do that than through a collection of recipes, photos, and notes. The book is still a work in progress with no set page length or expected time for completion, so in the mean time I wanted to share a little bit of things I find along the way.
