Testing home made “pomelo” tea. Seven days in cave from pomelo skin and still the pomelo is not “in the air”.
Anyway! I tortured also lemon and grapefruit! Let’s see how it will end up.

De-skin the fruit. Gently, bro - preserve the shape. Let it dry well (I used 100C for caramelisation on the last 15 minutes).
Put as much tea as possible.
