The world’s first Fine Water Tasting Room has opened its doors.

Situated on one of South Africa’s most distinguished wine estates — celebrated for its heritage, hospitality, and exceptional wines — this new space marks an important milestone for premium waters.

Brought to life by water sommelier Nico Pieterse and The Fine Water Company, the tasting room invites guests to explore water with intention: its origins, mineral profiles, subtle textures, and personal expressions. Here, visitors discover preferences they never knew they had and sense terroir in its most delicate form. When paired with wine, the experience becomes a dialogue between elements.

It truly lived up to its name. An unforgettable evening at Zlatá Praha in , where culinary mastery unfolded as a complete symphony led by three artists:

Guests experienced a multi-course menu that beautifully connected Czech and Slovak gastronomy. The chefs had never cooked together previously and yet composed a perfectly synchronized performance: a menu full of unexpected harmonies that surprised and delighted.

A flawlessly coordinated team, impeccable service, and a golden ambience.

Looking back at the 25th CONTI Film Festival Tennis Cup in Karlovy Vary 🎾🎬

For 25 years, the has been a unique tradition within Karlovy Vary’s film festival, bringing together guests from cultural, business, and political circles to exchange red carpets for clay courts, all in the spirit of charity.

This year’s jubilee edition introduced a new format: an exciting tennis tournament, a full-day garden celebration, and an evening garden gala. Curated by and organized by , the event offered a carefully designed experience, complemented by the culinary mastery of .projekt , one of the nation’s most renowned caterers.

Balbin was proud to support the tournament and accompany this exceptional experience, while this year’s charity, the Sue Ryder Foundation, benefited from the generosity of all participants. It was a privilege to be part of a day that united sport, culture, and meaningful purpose.

Harvest season is approaching in South Moravia.

As local wineries begin fermentation, our technology partner will once again capture the aromatic natural CO₂ released from the grapes and Balbin will transform this ephemeral soul into the next edition of the Ester Collection.

A series of Balbin mineral water sustainably carbonated with fermentation CO₂ and infused with natural aromatic esters from local vintages. Expect subtle fruity and floral notes carried by fine, champagne-like bubbles.
