Dear friends and cookie lovers,

After few months of silence, I have some bittersweet news to share.

As of March 1st, my little cookie business has officially closed. 🥺

I searched for someone to take over, but life had a different plan for me… because I’ll be baking something completely new—our little family is growing !🤰

On top of that, we’ve also started a new adventure and moved back to Australia 🐨

While I’ll miss baking for you all, I’m so excited for this next chapter.

Thank you for all the love and support over the years—it truly meant the world to me 🥰

Thank you guys once again for your amazing support this last 12months 🙏

It’s been a challenging year :

- a brand new profession kitchen set up in Košiře 👩‍🍳
- we added few Karlin markets on Sundays/Fridays and finally back at Dejvice on Saturdays.
- we had multiple catering orders around Prague, one Australian wedding and plenty of Birthday cake 🎂
- we are also now available on Rohlik 5 days/week with hundreds of customers already convinced, in just few weeks 🤩🤩

We are going to be closed until next year, there is still few cookie boxes available on Wolt only.
See you in January on Rohlik from Monday 6th !

Wishing you all a lovely break filled with love and good time with friends and family for the end of year 🎄 🎆

Notre histoire

French Pastry lesson AT HOME in Perth. I’m a young French Pastry Chef with 10years experience who lives in Fremantle. I propose to share with you all the tips about French pastry in a friendly class (max 4pers), in your own kitchen ! What better than to learn pastry at home, directly in your kitchen, in the best conditions ! I will know how to adapt in your kitchen to get a TOP dessert 😊 Macarons : choose your favorite flavour ! Choux Pastry : Eclairs, Religieuse, Paris-Brest, Croquembouche,… Traditional French Tart : Lemon Meringue, Fruits tarts, chocolat tart, Tatin tart,… Traditional French Cake : Millefeuille, 3 chocolat mousse, Strawberry sponge, Opéra, Charlotte,… Little Treats : Meringue, Cannelés, Tuiles, Sablés, My book is full of recipes, for sure one will fit you ! (gluten free recipe avalaible) The basic class is 2hours minimum ($40/hour), any day from 2pm. I will bring for you : apron, all the small material (wisk, palette knife, rings, moulds,…) and any specific ingredient (glaze, fondant, gelatine,…) This price does not include parking fees and ingredients shopping (I also take care of the shopping to choose the best ingredients we will need) Travel expenses are offered up to 10km from Fremantle (+$10 fee from 10km to 20km) Please contact me for any request : [email protected] page : Frenchy Pastry
