Is North America ready for the future of food? 🇨🇦 We just got back from SIAL Canada and the answer is a resounding YES!
While traditional producers are still catching up, the excitement among retailers and consumers was incredible. One of the biggest talking points was how this technology could transform our health.
In the future, cultivated meat offers the potential for nutritional optimization. Through advanced methods like NGTs, products could be tailored to include essential nutrients while leaving out the "bad stuff" like cholesterol and unhealthy fats.
Highlights from our trip:
