Imagine stepping into the Golden Age: William of Orange becomes King of England, gin gains its first real momentum, and citrus aromas sail across Europe. This spirit of history now returns in a gin that blends heritage with modern craftsmanship.

This brand new release shines with a beautiful natural orange colour. Carefully selected oranges are added during distillation, creating a smooth, fruity and perfectly balanced profile — without overpowering sweetness. A modern interpretation of a 300 year old original.

Born in Amsterdam, 1689 Dutch Orange Gin expands the legacy of founders Alexander Janssens and Patrick van der Peet, who uncovered one of the earliest gin recipes in the British Library. After Dutch Dry Gin and Dutch Pink Gin, this new edition marks the next milestone.

1 Orange
15 ml aperol
45 ml gin
135ml mediterran tonic water
1 dash of Angostura bitters
1 dash of orange bitters

🍸🫧GIN FIZZ🧊

⬇️Recipe:
5cl Gin
3cl Lemon (juice squeezed out)
2cl Sugar syrup
6pcs Ice cubes for the glass
150ml Soda water to fill up
2 slice Lemon for decoration

➡️ Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a few ice cubes in a shaker
➡️ Shake very well, as this is essential for creating the frothy head of the Gin Fizz
➡️ Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
➡️ Top with soda water
➡️ Garnish with a lemon slice
