For this client I made:
- Toasted sourdough bread with smoked butter, tomate confit, fleur du sal and thyme
- My special Vegan Ceviche with oyster mashrooms and vegan tiger milk
- Handmade prawns and lemon ravioli with a thyme scented foamed butter, lemon zest syrup drops and a shiny powder made with the heads of the shrimps!
- Crunchy polenta with Venetian style baccalà with parsley oil
- Basbousa middle eastern cake with orange blossom syrup, EVO oil yogurt, pistachios and almonds.
