Done after 7 hours of work. A three day cold pressed juice cleanse for our staff and us to get prepared for summer season. obviously berlin skips spring season this year.

Our store in the münzstrasse is open again. Yes we know, took a while to refurbish and to reorganize everything.
A brand new team will offer the best we have.

Our 2nd lunch combination is for the savory people out there:
Serrano ham, rocket salad leafs, basil balsamic pesto, pamesan slivers, roasted pine nuts.

served on a warm crunchy pumpkin waffle bread.

Starting with a vegan combination: avocado, beetroot, lamb´s lettuce leafs, raspberry balsamic pesto, roasted sunflower seeds.

Served on a warm crunchy pumpkin waffle bread. Our homemade vegan waffle bread is made out of fresh organic hokkaido pumpkin, almond milk, cornflower, coconut oil and fresh herbs.
