Testing the viral 2-ingredient cheesecake (vegan edition) 🍰
Biscoff cookies + vegan skyr yogurt.
Crushed a lot of cookies, mixed, pressed, fridge for 6 hours.

My take: honestly a really good snack 👀
…but it’s not replacing a real cheesecake for me.

Tested the viral cheesecake 👀

My take: I like it! Definitely a quick and easy snack. Next time I would sweeten the yoghurt a bit with agave syrup and give it a bit of lemon juice and zest but I approve it✨
