Ever since we met for the first time in 2013 we’ve planned and shaped the idea of joining our mutual passions into a place of our own, where we could let our imagination and creativity come together. ing to take that step and finally make it happen. we bake and prepare everything by ourselves on a daily basis. We reflect ourselves in everything that we do - in our hospitality and atmosphere as well as the products we create. The coffee we serve is roasted in Berlin, keeping its freshness and quality at all times. We put all of creativity, knowledge and skills into creating the perfect relationship between cookies and coffee, two things that complete each other in the most natural and subtle way - just like us.

After years of planning - we are renovating!
With a larger working space we'll be able to produce more through an easier and more efficient workflow.
This is a long awaited step forward, we feel like we've grown into it and look forward to starting the next phase of our professional way.

The time has come :)
We'll be open this coming weekend and the one after - and that's it!
Afterwards we'll allow pre-orders and will focus on strengthening our B2B presence.
You can always find our pastries every day at in Oderbergerstr, as well as in alte Schönhauser str. (Mon-Wed) and at their roastery (Thu-Sun).

Don't stay indifferent. If things stay as they are, our little daughters will have to deal with this in the future too, and honestly - there aren't too many reasons for optimism. The thought that this is an everyday, casual occurrence is infuriating. Keep fighting.

Casually taking a picture of turned out to be a beautiful commercial for our Compost cookies 😍
Compost cookies are the one thing we often insist that people try them - because they are, well, life itself. They're also a great representation of everything we're about - unusual, surprising and addictive.

Gluten free Pretzel made with flour, bechamel sauce, potato gratin, garnished with sage (glazed with brown butter and honey).
Our newest addition is available starting tomorrow and following many requests - it is gluten free!

What is your favorite pastry of ours?
Every morning we face these trays of pastries taken out of the oven just minutes ago.... That's an ultimate test of our willpower - not devouring them is quite a challenge!
