I'm Chef Barbecue and I love to cook, that's about it! Especially for my family, my friends, and recently for any one who wants to! I was born in Quebec, Canada and moved to Europe 10 years ago. I had the chance to live in many european countries and that shows in my food. But most of all, I stick to my roots and cook my grandma recipe with pride! From meat, to fish or vegetarian, you'll always get a hint of Maple Syrup, can't help it! So that beeing said, come see me and enjoy the food!
