the flying oyster Eat fresh oysters for a better living! We cater in Berlin and abroad for special oyster events. It all started one day in Cameroun, Kribi. They were like steaks.

A few fishermen sold us wild oysters they had knocked off underwater rocks with a hammer. Loved them. With Uli, Alexandra, Pierre, Maren, Hyppolite, Stéphanie Julien and others. I got caught and am still hooked. Started shucking at HBC in 2010 for a wonderful season in Berlin. Then came Giuseppe, Philippe, Jürgen, Frank, Katja, Allan and more. Happy to serve more oysters in 2025.
