It is made from 100% recyclable Tinplate with a special coated layer certified and designed for food liquids. Our "light-sealed" package protects our liquid gold from light, a very important factor in preserving the quality of our olive oil. More add-ons in the near future
Our package is 100% Made in Germany. We prefer to give our product costs to a company in a country that does not support child labor and we prefer this country to be the land of innovations, Germany. It costs more to be ethically correct these days, if this answers to any of your questions. Our olive oil is 100% Extra Native pure gold from Mani, Greece. Handpicked, low acidity, cold pressed extra native olive oil from the finest variety "Koroneiki". Our bottle is a replica of a very old can from a wise person. The grandfather of one of the founders used to bring a big barrel of his olive oil for the whole year and with this reusable can he provided the daily table with the portion needed. One can to bind them all! Last but not least....our plugin. The bottle was designed with the needs of a Greek person in mind. Big bottle neck that spills and is rough to conquer. Even us, we can't handle it sometimes. On the other hand...our pourer, a very cool plugin so you dance your way with your food. Don't go with the flow. Control the flow. A necessary add on for such a rough original olive oil.
