Join me on this incredible journey to Reconnect with yourself , nature, food and your true soul. Set in a picturesque farm in the hills of Crete island in Greece, we will start each day with a 2h yoga and breath work practice . The yoga style is from Vikasa Thailand, where I am partner and creative head chef ..yoga is followed by communal brunch we create together with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Then we are off to either some island exploring or will get Human Design sessions from our host Iris, who has become a master in this self discovey technique. Also, Giulia Visci, head of product development at Greenforce will give us a vegan cheese making workshop.in the evenings, we explore se beautiful local restaurant , or have our private chef in the house and also prepare food together on some nights under my guidance.
Let's do this :) drop your phones and Reconnect and recharge yourself..
