Basque pintxos, made with Korean hands.

8 kinds, each one built on perilla oil gimbap, grilled mushroom, potato & courgette rösti or tteokbokki. And Capellini in plum and radish dongchimi
broth. Ending with sweet potato mousse and yakgwa
crumble. Paired with w**es picked by Material on each dish.

Introducing our famous cheese plate:

Homemade seasonal pickles - in this case kohlrabi & grapes
House baked cheese crackes + gougères - baked savoury choux, also made in house.
Homemade orange & thyme marmalade

And the stars of the show: the cheeses.
A Manchego made with raw sheep milk & an organic Payoyo made with pausterized Payoya goat’s milk.

Both of them brought to you by , a Spanish artisanal cheese monger curating & creating spaces that allow people to discover the fascinating cultural value of artisanal cheesemaking.
